“Hi, I’m Georgia Pou, founder of GP Arch Therapy and a BACP registered, integrative therapist based in Westerham, Kent. I offer a safe, welcoming space where together we can explore what has brought you to therapy.”

How can I help?

Put simply, I provide a space where you can talk openly about whatever has brought you to therapy. My role is to be alongside you as we explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences together. My aim is to help you better understand yourself, make sense of what you're experiencing, and support you in finding your own way forward. Therapy is about you, you can use this space in whatever way is helpful to you.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes you know exactly what's wrong; other times you simply know things don't feel quite right. You may be experiencing:

  • Low mood or depression

  • Low self-esteem or lack of confidence

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Bereavement or loss

  • Feeling stuck and overwhelmed

  • Life transitions and change.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t need to have all the answers; we can make sense of it together.
